Ripped Off by DZ Motors

Me and my husband brought 2 car from them 2013 BMW and 2014 MB, they allow us to leave with the vehicle without the paperwork we signed stating that we would receive our paperwork in a couple days. We gave a deposit of $4000.00, $2000.00 for each car. DZ Motor rob us then changed our paperwork that we signed and charged us more for the vehicle when they resubmitted to the bank for approval forging our signatures on the paperwork took us almost 2 month to get our paperwork . I kept saying to my husband something not right with this paperwork, here they charged us and extra $2000.00 each on both car and took our down payment. Robbed Blind by this dealership, the biggest SCAM ever.

DZ motors never gave us out title. The vehicle they sold us has a lien on it from Dallas Texas. We can't drive the vehicle and we're still paying out credit union.

Reading your complaint has explained to my satisfaction why you were cheated.

Your grammar and syntax are awful and I'm pretty sure the crooked salesman figured you for ***.

They size up each potential victim and you fell right into their trap.

Never, ever, enter into any sort of contract without copies of your own !

A car dealership tried to pull that same exact thing on me - sign it now, we'll send you the papers later - but the papers read wrong to begin with and they stuck me in a room past closing time and continued to pressure me.

Of course, I enjoyed declining any further action on their proposal and went home.

Robbed by DZ motors

Me & my husband brought car and the price was changed on the paperwork and they forged our signutures on the finally paoerwork to the bank. They took over a month to give us the paperwork. Then a month or two later they get caught up in their scams. My 2,000. We put down was actual and to our price of the car then deducted my benz 21,900 changed to 23,900. Terrible people.

Sold a MB to my son last July Gave them CASH Had car checked 3 days after buying and needed Mass air filter-Oxygen sensors brakes and water pump went They cleared all the codes and would Not Re-imberse any money Called multiple times they ignored us They suck Glad they closed up

DZ Motors - Bmw Car Review from Newark, New Jersey

Im not gotta say to much buy they sold me a piece of ***...im still paying for a car that needs a motor an a transmission an a few other thing's 630$ on top of 420$ for insurance like come on...they told me that if i paid my car note on time like I did in 6 mouths I could trade it in or have my payment lower i called everyday for week's until it took all my energy an up until this day i can't drive a car im still paying for...can someone please tell me what you think i should an can do cause im really lost...

BMW BROKE DOWN THE NEXT DAY!

I purchased a car from this dealer and was totally in shock to have it break down not even 24 hours later. They would not take the car back or give a better one (apparently, this entire fiasco is legal). The customer service was GREAT...up until the problems began. I still have not received my car back as of yet, and have to call EVERY DAY to get some type of update/excuse. When I brought it to their attention, i was simply told "it's a car. it happens. it was working fine before". My holidays have been completely ruined thanks to DZ Motors. I am now the owner of a very expensive paper weight.

DZ Motors did not perform promised repairs.

I purchased a 2009 MB S550 on 7-1-13. I drove the car home and took it to my Mercedes mechanic. He informed me that two rims were bent and needed to be repaired as well as the bent rims caused bubbles in the respective tires. I spoke to Ariel and Lee Morant the sales manager and was told they would take care of the repairs. The car was at their facility for over a week. I dropped the car off on July 8th and it was picked up on July 15th. I was assured by Ariel and Lee Morant that the rims were fixed and that they put on hour new tires. Moving forward I needed to take the car an for regular maintenance. My mechanic asked whether the rims were repaired because they were still bent and there were only 2 new tires and not four. I should have inspected the car better when I picked it up. They armour alled the old tires to make the exterior appear new. I called Lee Motesnt this week and basically said tough luck. I have filed a complaint with consumer affairs and shall be seeking legal counsel. Don't buy anything from DZ Motors in Rahway NJ. They give used car professionals a bad rap.
